Bangladesh Railway commenced advance ticket sales on May 21, 2025, following a structured schedule:

Ticket sales commence at 8:00 AM for the western region and at 2:00 PM for the eastern region each day.

💻 Digital Ticketing System

In a move to enhance convenience and reduce queues, Bangladesh Railway has transitioned to a fully digital ticketing system for regular intercity trains. All tickets are now available online, with no sales at station counters. Passengers can purchase tickets through the official railway website or mobile application. A one-time registration is required to access the online ticketing system.

🚆 Special Eid Trains

To accommodate the festive rush, Bangladesh Railway is operating 10 special Eid trains across five routes. These trains will run in two phases: from June 4 to June 6 and again from June 9 to June 14, 2025. Some services will operate on Eid day itself. Tickets for these special trains are available exclusively at station counters.
